Hello there! I haven't posted anything lately, I know, but the last two weeks were absolutely horrible. But I'm on holiday now, finally.
It was my birthday on Sunday, the 12th of December. I am 14 now. I feel so old.
I bought two other books written by my idol, Agatha Christie, "The ABC murders"(with Hercule Poirot, my favourite detective) and "A Caribbean mystery"(which is the book I'm currently reading). I finished "The Da Vinci code" by Dan Brown and started reading "Angels and Demons" by the same author. I started reading "The templar revelation" by Lynn Picknett and Clive Prince, but it's quite boring.
I've been listening to a lot of music this week. I discovered a great German composer, Carl Orff. You should listen to "Carmina Burana" his famous cantata( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cantata ).

I've been listening to a lot of Romanian bands. I discovered this great song, "Ne place" from the Romanian band R.O.A.. The title is translated "We like it". The lyrics are amazing. Hi again. Sorry I haven't posted anything lately, but I'm not much of a blogger.
Oh, and, by the way, I'm a girl. Though I wish I were a boy so people wouldn't complain every time I forget to brush my hair or wear "proper clothes". A scruffy shirt and jeans that keep falling and falling off me: this is MY idea of proper clothing. Oh well, my grandma would rather see me in a knee-length skirt and a pink blouse. But I just don't give a rat about this type of opinion. (However I love and respect her; it's just that I hate dressing elegantly.)
Anyway... this week has been pretty good for me, according to the fact we got our Maths and Biology results and... ehm... *obviously being a show off* you know, being a dedicated nerd is my number one pride.
Speaking of which, the last three days have actually made me feel better than the whole rest of the week: I feel inspired. Yes, artistically. I have just found a daily drawing project on http://www.art-is-fun.com/ about making some sort of "drawing dairy". The idea sounded fun, and I have already finished the first page!
When it comes to literature, I need to say I could have done worse, but I could have also done better. I have managed to write a poem in Romanian, which is a pretty rare thing for me, even though I properly can't find my words in English (this month only. I generally write better in English than Romanian. I might try writing in French.) I have decided to get involved in a... project (?) based on writing about some certain words. The first word is letter. At first, it seemed easy, but now, I'm flabbergasted that I didn't write anything right about that.
Musically talking? I've got no musical talent, but I like talking about music; recently, I have listened to
- Claude Debussy's "Claire de Lune", "Reverie" and "La Mer" (French and Russian composers are the best)
-Gorillaz's "Rhinestone eyes" *love**love**love* oh, and did you know 2D is actually the singer from the band called Blur? (Remember the song "Coffee and TV"? Yeah, it's from Blur.)

Now, let's talk about TV. You know, since I was born, I have developed an addiction for cartoons. And, finally, I have found a decent one on stupid Disney Channel (I hate Disney Channel, I CURSE Disney Channel): Kick Buttowski Suburban Daredevil!!! Phineas and Ferb is pretty neat, too, but I just love the theme of KBSD: a 12 year old boy, whose bigger brother is a bully (and quite a loser, too) and whose annoying little sister gets all the attention. Although he lives in the suburbs and hasn't got very good grades or a great social life, he has a dream, and lots of ambition: to become the greatest daredevil ever!!! His only friend is funny, his foes are funny, and the dynamics of the episodes are remarkable: a perfect mix of humour and action! Call me crazy, but I also like that blonde haired nerd. (I don't like people who couple her with Kick; I think they're way more awesome on their own)

I was born in São Paulo on seventh of july, 1997. My full name is Igor Stark Schaade Antunes. When I was i child I was fat and cute. I have been in the same school all my life, and it is called Colégio Pentágono. I have a lot of friends in this school, and I think that Pentágono it is cool but sometimes is boring. In my home during my free time I like playing videogames, soccer, surfing in the web. My personal interest is tennis because I have been playing it for 4 years and I like much.

My name is Gabriella Rodrigues Roselli, but everybody always calls me gabi. I live in São Paulo, Brazil but I always go to Rio de Janeiro because my half brothers live there. They are my dad's first marriage and I am the second. But my dad had divorced my mum and now he has a girlfriend who I really like. My brother Luiz Felipe has 20 years years old, my oldest sister, Ana Carolina has 21 years old and my youngest sister has 19 years old. We all do really well even I has amost 14 years. They are always by my side when I need them.
I study at Pentágono, I love the people in here but the rules and soma teacher are really boring. I have been studying here since always.

Hi! My name is Ana Carolina Braunstein Marques but the people call me Ana, I'm 13. I study at Pentágono. I was born in São Paulo, and I have always lived here. All of my vacations I traveled to the south of the country, because all my family is from there. I live with my parents, my dog and my brother.

Pentágono is my fourth school, I have studied at Logos, Vera Cruz and São Luís. This year I start studying at this school. At Pentágono we start having classes at a half past 7 AM and finishes at 1 PM, but at Mondays and Wednesdays our classes finishes at 4 PM.

At home normally I do my homework, watch the TV, stay at computer playing games, talking with my friends and listening to music. I really like listen to music. I like bands like Black Eyed Peas, Guns and Roses, Cobra Starship, AC\DC, Beatles, and Brazilian bands like Strike, Stevens, Nxzero and Jota Quest. I really want to have a dog, but my mum and my brother are against the idea.

Hi my name´s Victor Freire, I am 13 years old.
I was born in a big hospital ( Santa Joana) on sixth of February of 1997.
At four years old I started study in a small school and at five years old I got in Pentágono.
In 2002 I bought my dog, Ryu, but I gave him to my uncle in 2005. At this time I was living in São Paulo- Guarujá.
In 2006 I started to play in Palmeiras team, but I am a Corinthians fan. Two years late I stopped playing soccer.
Every weekend I used to go to my cousin´s city, São João da Boa Vista, in the countryside. There I spent the best days of my life. Playing soccer, riding bycicles, living in the country side for few days, seeing my old dog, and some of my relatives are good.
My father and my mother have an restaurant and pizza shop called Pepa´s. The most interesting about it is that my dad is marketind producer and my mother is an economisty.

I study at Colegio Pentágono, I have been studying here since I was 9. I really like this school. Some of my teachers are, but others are not, my favorite subject is Mathematics and Science, I don't really like Portuguese. My name is Emma Jovanovic. I have this different last name because my parents, Denana and Neno, are from a small country in Europe, Bosnia. I really like being there with the rest of my family, although I don’t go there quite often. I love to travel, in a nutshell.
I'm thin and about 1,65. Like playing voley and other sports, but I make fun about everything. I’ve been studying at Colégio Pentágono for 6 years, and, in general, I have good grades. I am the youngest of my class, because I was born at the end of the year, on December 3rd, 1997. I’ve got lots of friends, and we’re all very united. They are probably the most important thing of my life, beside my family.

Constanta is the place where I was born. It is very nice, because it is situated on the Black Sea coast.

I have been playing volleyball for 4 years, I like this game because it's a team game. The kind of music that I love listening to is house.I like playing PC games , i like to play of FIFA 11 , Counter-Strike,SIMS 3. I don’t like math, it`s very boring, but I like physics and chemistry very much. They are very interesting… I am medium height and slim built. Umm, hi. My name is Delia Varzariu, I'm 14 years old and I live in Constanta, a city located on the south-east coast of Romania. I live with my father and my stepmother in a pretty big flat, and I study at B. P. Hasdeu School. I really like most of the subjects, but my all-time favourites are Art, English and History. I'm also keen on French.

I like drawing, reading, writing, watching television and listening to (good) music. My favourite authors so far are Edgar Allan Poe, Victor Hugo, Ernest Hemingway, Lucian Blaga and Mircea Eliade, two great Romanian writers. Some books I have read and absolutely LOVED are "The Alchemist", by Paulo Coelho, "The Old and New Boyars", by Nicolae Filimon and Karinthy Frigyes's short stories. You really should google him, because his stories are really fun! Most of the films I like watching on TV are old and lovely; a few examples are: "Some like it hot", "City lights" and "The birds". You have to be crazy to say these movies are bad. However, I also watch newer productions, like the TV series "Seinfeld", "Friends" and "Just shoot me". As you see, I'm pretty keen on comedy. My favourite cartoons are "South Park" and "Axis Power Hetalia" (which is an anime, by the way).

My tastes in music vary: sometimes I listen to Christian rock, sometimes I listen to synthpop. The genre doesn't matter that much, though, because I believe it is easier to choose a band. I usually listen to The Beatles, Evanescence, The Birthday Massacre, Franz Ferdinand, Faith no More, Depeche Mode, Paramore, Muse, Massive Attack, UNKLE and Gorillaz. In my opinion, Gorillaz is the only band that uses a spice of hip-hop in its songs and actually sounds good, too. I listen to classical music at times, but I'm not very knowledgeable in this domain. I love listening to Bizet, Chopin and Beethoven, and I'm crazy about Johann Brahms.

The only things I haven't mentioned yet are my appearance and my future plans. I'm not very pretty, some people say I'm even ugly, but, oh well. Guess who doesn't care at all. I'm 1.73 metres tall and I'm quite fat for my age. My hair is dark and my eyes are brown, just like most of my classmates. Even though this sounds like a regular description of a normal student, I can't say I look like a specific type of normal person. I'm very weird, and the fact that I imitate people like Borat (yes, I have seen the film, and it's madness!) and King Leonidas from "300" (I believe I shout "This is Sparta" about ten times a day) actually shocks AND embarrasses my classmates.
I know it sounds unlikely, but, when I grow up, I desire to become a writer, any type of writer, and illustrate my own books. Some visual artists who influence me are Caravaggio, Arnold Bocklin, Mary Cassat and Paul Cezanne. Oh, and James Ensor. I believe he was a genius.

I read 8 of her books (The Labours of Hercules, Dumb witness, And then there were none, Murder on the Orient Express, Appointment with death, The body in the library, Five little pigs and The mystery of the blue vase - a book which contained more short stories). I also enjoy watching films directed by Alfred Hitchcock.
Another favourite author of mine is Mircea Eliade, a Romanian author, who wrote some extraordinary fantasy novels and short stories.
I love Leonardo da Vinci's paintings, Botticelli's, Monet's, Pablo Picasso's Blue Period and The portrait of Dora Maar.
I hate Lady Gaga, The twilight saga and Technological Education.
I've read the 7 Harry Potter books and I loved them.
I used to read mangas last year, but now there are only a few comics I really like (Death Note, Naruto, Bleach, Hetalia and Kuroshitsuji).

My full name is Karen Mei Tsai and actually, I don’t have a nickname. I‘ve lived in ‘São Paulo’, in Brazil, since I was born (7 th February, in 1997), so I am thirteen years old. I live in an apartment with my parents and my sister.

I study at ‘Pentágono’ and I’m on the eighth grade. I’ve studied at this school since I was four years old, which means I’ve studied here for nine years. I used to have no friends for six years. At least I had four friends before. Now I think I have more than before.

After school, I go home by school bus and it takes me about fifty minutes to get home. On Mondays and Wednesdays I get home and quickly I change clothes to go to my English school.

My family lives with me as I’ve just said before. Actually, I’ve been using the computer a lot, but I always have to finish my homework first. The problem is that I’m too lazy and I never do my homework first, then I usually go to sleep at midnight. I don’t have lots of things that I can tell about my home life, I don’t think there are interesting things to talk about.

The only interesting things for me are 'mangas' and computer. I really like to draw and I would like to draw 'mangas', but I think that’s impossible. My interests in the computer started when I began to read ‘mangas’ online. But one day I was bored and I started to make an animation video on Windows Movie Maker.
