Hello there! I haven't posted anything lately, I know, but the last two weeks were absolutely horrible. But I'm on holiday now, finally.
It was my birthday on Sunday, the 12th of December. I am 14 now. I feel so old.
I bought two other books written by my idol, Agatha Christie, "The ABC murders"(with Hercule Poirot, my favourite detective) and "A Caribbean mystery"(which is the book I'm currently reading). I finished "The Da Vinci code" by Dan Brown and started reading "Angels and Demons" by the same author. I started reading "The templar revelation" by Lynn Picknett and Clive Prince, but it's quite boring.
I've been listening to a lot of music this week. I discovered a great German composer, Carl Orff. You should listen to "Carmina Burana" his famous cantata( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cantata ).
You must listen to it! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QEllLECo4OM
I've been listening to a lot of Romanian bands. I discovered this great song, "Ne place" from the Romanian band R.O.A.. The title is translated "We like it". The lyrics are amazing. I wish you could speak Romanian so you could understand them. I'll give you a link because the song is still great and it must be heard http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dih729_02oM . You should search on youtube these great songs: "Terminus" from Urma, "Police" from Kumm, "Hello says the devil" and "Have no fear" from Les Elaphants bizarres , "Backseat driver", "Insanity" and "In a glimpse" from Grimus ( http://www.grimus.ro/discography.php ).
I can't stop listening to these songs: "Plastic Beach" and "Doncamatic" from Gorillaz, "Boom, blast and ruin" from Biffy Clyro, "Waiting for the end" and "The Catalyst" from Linkin Park, "Take me out" from Franz Ferdinand and "Na na na" and "Sing" from My chemical romance.
I hope you will check these songs out because they are absolutely great.
It snowed on Wednesday or Thursday here and it was very beautiful. The snow melted, unfortunately.
Merry Christmas everyone!
